Mike Repole
Mike Repole’s success in the food and beverage industry is unparalleled. He is the co-founder of Glaceau vitaminwater and BODYARMOR, both of which sold to The Coca-Cola Company. Mike was also a significant investor in both Pirate’s Booty Snacks and KIND Bars.
Mike has always been a big dreamer. His modest upbringing in Queens, NY, as the son of a waiter and a seamstress in a first-generation Italian family, fuels his drive as a serial entrepreneur. He is incredibly passionate about and committed to inspiring, motivating, and coaching the next generation to think big, dream bigger, and achieve their lifelong dreams.
Throughout his career, Mike has always shared his success with his family, friends, and employees. In 2006, Mike established Nonna’s Garden Foundation, named in honor of his late grandmother, which focuses on health, education, and faith. The Nonna’s Garden Foundation has donated to many causes including Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and The Naomi Berrie Diabetes Center at Columbia University Medical Center.
Mike lives in Florida with his wife, Maria, and his daughter, Gioia.
