Peter Rahal

Peter Rahal is an entrepreneur and investor, best known as the Co-Founder and Former CEO of RXBAR. Bootstrapped from his parents’ basement with his co-founder, Peter led, built, and scaled RXBAR from product ideation to a successful exit, selling the business to Kellogg in 2018. Following the acquisition, Peter continued to lead the company and sat on Kellogg’s internal M&A advisory team.

In addition to his success as an entrepreneur, Peter is also an active investor via his family office, Litani Management, and his investment firm, Litani Ventures.

Peter received a B.S. in Political Science from Wittenberg University.
